Concrete container

Multi-chamber systems

The multi-chamber systems are used in the field of wastewater treatment. The half chamber, the largest chamber, is used for pre-clarification and the two quarter chambers are used as buffer tanks and working tanks. Equipped with the right technology set, you will receive a fully biological small sewage treatment plant which is standardized in Europe according to DIN EN 12566.

Pre- and post-pits

The pre- and post-pits are also three-chamber systems in which the three chambers are divided into two tanks. The first chamber is the so-called pre-pit, which has no wall in the plant. The second and third chambers are located in the second tank, the so-called cesspit, which has a partition wall in the middle. Both plants separately can serve as a basis for a fully biological small sewage treatment plant.

Buffer tank

The buffer tanks are a more special type of small sewage treatment plant tanks. They are often used for the intermediate storage of pre-treated wastewater in larger plant assemblies. A special feature is that the upper ring has a half chamber division. This is used to accommodate and fasten technical aggregates.

Monoliths

Monoliths consist of a high base element and a conical cover. Thus there is only a joint between the cone and the container. Compared to the usual ring construction, the tank itself is jointless.
We produce monoliths from 3.6 m³ to 10.1 m³. In addition, the monoliths are equipped with rope loops, which are used for easy relocation of the tanks.

Collecting pits, rainwater utilization

Our collecting pits have a versatile field of application. They can be used as drainless pits for waste water, or serve as rainwater collection pits with or without overflow. These variants can also be used in the field of fully biological small sewage treatment plants.

Soakaway pits

The concrete soakaway shafts are used in rainwater management and sewage treatment technology. A special feature of the concrete parts in this product segment is the possible trafficability in load classes B and D. The specific dimensions can be taken from the relevant standards.
